今日玉米淀粉期货开盘价是2284元/吨，从整体走势来看是不太好做的，而且短期内玉米淀粉期货都是在下跌，可以考虑做空。

2016年到2018年，我国玉米淀粉行业总产能分别约为3500万吨、近4000万吨和超过4500万吨，总产量分别达到2259万吨、2595万吨左右和2815万吨，玉米淀粉行业开工率不足65%且呈现下降态势。这逐年下降的产量怎么可能让价格上去呢。
