美盘现货交易时间是分夏令时和冬令时的，美盘交易时间是跟亚盘时间段没有重叠的。夏令时是三月份第二个星期的星期天至11月份第二个星期的星期天，冬令时是每年11月份第二个星期的星期一开始到第二年三月份第二个星期的星期六，夏令时是晚上20：20开盘，冬令时是晚上21：30开盘。
