Cash session printed $𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟗⋅𝟑 high / $𝟒,𝟏𝟖𝟐⋅𝟓 low, briefly broke Friday's day low $𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟑⋅𝟐 on a high-volume 10:15 flush, then failed a thin retest — no gold signal (reward to the day low was under 1:3). Settled $𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟓⋅𝟗 at the 5 PM close, soft +2.7 above $𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟑⋅𝟐. The 6 PM reopen was flat (−0.4 vs the close), filled immediately, tagged $𝟒,𝟐𝟎𝟏⋅𝟕 then $𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟎⋅𝟔, and is coiling near $𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟔⋅𝟔–$𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟗⋅𝟑 into Tokyo. No tradable gap.

The NY fail at $𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟑⋅𝟐 and soft reopen coil look like a pause in premium, not a reversal. Leaning short into Asia unless $𝟒,𝟏𝟗𝟎⋅𝟔 or $𝟒,𝟏𝟕𝟖⋅𝟏 sweeps and reclaims with a clean 5m market structure shift higher.
